2025 National Apartment Association CAM (Certified Apartment Manager Credential Course)
CAM is an 8 day course and will take place Tuesday April 15, 2025 thru Friday, April 18, 2025 and Monday, May 12, 2025 thru Thursday, May 15, 2025 class times are 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
The CAM Course will cover the following

Property Maintenance
Marketing
Investment Management
Managing Teams
Leading People
Legal Responsibilities
Risk Management
The last day in May will be a review and practice exam
Cost: $1,400.00 per person (you may pay in full or in installments)
The fee include your online Ebook and exam fee.
You will need a laptop or tablet for each day of class to follow along and you will have the option to print the book
